In Room fives info-bytes we have been reading about Pompeii and Vesuvius. When we finished reading it Alex, Ryan and I made a slideshow about if you were someone who escaped and survived to tell the tale. Hope you enjoy our slideshow about Pompeii.
This story is a great collaborative effort from the three of you, and I like that you recorded yourselves reading it. You told us a lot about how the narrator felt in your story, which is great as it makes the reader more able to imagine what it must have been like. Something for next time: think the words "I felt" in your head and write the sentence without using those words, eg Water washed into the small boat. The cuts on my feet stung.
